Transportation Schedule
Driving Route: 5-10 Minutes | Walking Distance: 10 - 15 Minutes
6:30pm - 10:30pm
Busses will run to and from the hotel and Ole Red throughout the event.
6:30pm | Hotel Lobby
Guest will meet in the hotel lobby
6:40pm | Hotel Lobby
Guest will be directed to the bus boarding location by an attendant wearing CBG Nashville Experience shirt and hat.
(Outside the hotel entrance, on the street)
6:45pm | 1st Buses Begin their Departure
5-10 minute drive, the first guests should arrive around 6:55.
Buses will run in 5-10 increments
6:50pm - 10:30pm | Buses Will Continue Pick Ups and Drop Offs
An attendant wearing a CBG Nashville Experience shirt and hat will be at the entrance of Ole Red. If you decide to leave early please let them know and they will call a bus over.
9:30pm - 10:30pm | Pick Up From Ole Red Front Entrance
Shuttle Busses FROM Ole Red TO the Grand Hyatt
Buses need to take an alternate route back to the hotel,
resulting in a 10-15 minute drive.
